Ohje henkilötason palkkatietojen antamisesta rahoittajille 1.9.2011

Yliopiston muualta kuin valtion budjetista saaman rahoituksen myöntämiseen lähes aina liittyy rahoittajan asettamia ehtoja, joilla ohjataan rahoituksen käyttämistä. Rahoittajat myös edellyttävät raportointia, jonka tarkoitus on osoittaa rahoittajille, että rahoitus on käytetty siihen tarkoitukseen, johon se on myönnetty (ainakin Tekes, Suomen Akatemia, EU).

Raportointivelvollisuuden laajuus selvitetään etukäteen, minkä jälkeen huolehditaan siitä, että yliopistolla on oikeus täyttää raportointivelvollisuus (tarvittaessa työntekijöiden etukäteinen kirjallinen suostumus, lomake).

Funding received from sources outside the state budget almost invariably involves stipulations set by the financier in order to direct the use of funds. In order to be able to monitor that funding is used for intended purposes, financiers also expect reporting on the use of funds (financiers like this include Tekes, the Academy of Finland and the EU).

The extent of reporting responsibilities shall be ascertained in advance, after which it shall be ensured that the University is entitled to fulfil its reporting obligations (if necessary, a prior written Statement of Consent is used, form).
